Clear, fair rules for using CreatorPay. Please review these terms carefully.
You own 100% of your creator content, brand contacts, and uploaded contracts. We provide the software tools (CRM, invoicing, automated reminders, and analytics) and charge a flat subscription fee. We will never take a cut or commission from your brand sponsorships, and your financial data is kept strictly confidential.
By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any part of the CreatorPay platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use immediately.
To access our tools, you must register an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your authenticated session. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
CreatorPay is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform facilitating brand relationship management, deliverables tracking, branded invoice PDF generation, automated payment reminder dispatch, document vaulting, and revenue analytics for digital creators and talent agencies. CreatorPay is not a bank, escrow agent, or financial intermediary.
CreatorPay offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro, Ultra). Pricing is transparently published on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
You agree not to use CreatorPay to:
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all brand profiles, campaign deliverables, media assets, contracts, rate cards, and financial figures uploaded to CreatorPay. We do not sell your personal data or sponsor details. You grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
While CreatorPay provides tools to calculate Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), you remain entirely responsible for determining your own tax liabilities, filing accurate returns with government authorities, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorPay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost brand revenue, payment defaults by brand sponsors, or data loss.
You may cancel your paid plan anytime from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your prepaid period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use provisions.
